Areas of expertise

Sharon is a Special Counsel in our Property group with more than 20 years' legal experience.

Sharon advises on a broad range of property matters such as property development (including strata-titling arrangements), leasing (commercial, industrial and retail) and State and Local Government property and infrastructure.

In addition, Sharon has been actively involved with Native Title and Aboriginal Cultural Heritage since the concept of Native Title was first recognised by the High Court in 1992. She is highly experienced at negotiating with traditional owner groups and with the application of the Native Title Act.

Sharon's major clients include large scale property developers, an international coffee retailer (in relation to their Australian-based leases) and shopping centre owners throughout Queensland.
